Our process typically begins with scheduling an on-site visit from our Project Manager at your home. This visit helps define the following key elements:

Step 2: Design & Planning
Once we’ve established the basis for our work, we’ll move on to the next step, which includes:
Design and Planning
Design process starts from a design phase where you’re working with out designer on the design of your place. During this phase you’re working on finalizing the layout, cabinets, finishes etc.
Our designer will provide detailed plans and specifications to keep you updated and help you envision the results, and there will always be plenty of time to make edits and talk through the changes. Whether you’re tackling a full home renovation, or kitchen, we want to ensure we don’t miss anything important to you and the integrity of your home.
Permitting
If you need permits from your local authority to begin remodeling work, ATG BUILT has more than 11 years of experience navigating the permit process in King County Area.
Construction Contract
We will work with you to have all of the details of your construction finalized so that signing the construction contract is a breeze. Permits, materials, and estimates will all be included in the contract.
Finalize Schedule
We will work closely with you to finalize a schedule that works best for everyone!
Step 3: Construction Phase
At this point, all decisions have been made, and there are no more assumptions—construction is ready to begin. Every detail has been carefully reviewed and accounted for, and our team has a clear, structured schedule that has been shared with you via our construction management software.
Construction Begins
This is where the transformation starts! After all the planning and design, we’re excited to bring your vision to life. Throughout the construction phase, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Expect regular updates and open communication, so you can provide input, ask questions, or request clarifications at any time.

Final Walkthrough
Before we wrap up, our team will guide you through a comprehensive final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This is your opportunity to review the finished work and confirm that everything has been completed to your satisfaction.
Warranty
Once construction is complete, we’ll go over the warranty coverage for your project so you have a clear understanding of what’s included and what to expect moving forward.
